Bet Tracking is an app that lets users track and analyze their betting activity for personal use. The app does not provide betting or gambling services.

1. App use

The app is for personal, non-commercial use. Users must use it legally and follow the laws of their country.

2. Account and data

User data (bets, stats, preferences) remains owned by the user. When signed in, data can be synced to Firebase for backup and multi-device use.

3. Premium subscriptions

Premium features are available via monthly or quarterly subscriptions on App Store and Google Play. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled in store settings. Payments, renewals, and refunds follow store policies.

4. Advertising

Free users may see ads. Availability depends on the ad network and user connection.

5. AI Coach

AI Coach provides suggestions based on user data. Suggestions are informational and do not constitute financial or gambling advice.

6. Limitation of liability

The developer is not responsible for losses or damages arising from app use. Statistics and results are indicative.

7. Intellectual property

Content, logos, and design are property of the developer. Unauthorized copying or distribution is prohibited.

8. Changes to terms

We may update these terms. Continued use after changes implies acceptance of the new terms.
